We’re Cass and Seb, the hands and heart behind Baci’s Bagels.

Our story began in Seb’s tiny apartment, surrounded by clouds of flour and more than a few “bagel fails.”

But through the mess (and the munching), we had one mission: to bring a chewy, New York-inspired bagel to Ottawa.

Now, after plenty of practice and a dash of obsession, we’re proud to share them with you. Handmade in small batches - with care, consistency, and a whole lot of heart.
