We’re Cass and Seb, the hands and heart behind Baci’s Bagels.
Our story began in Seb’s tiny apartment, surrounded by clouds of flour and more than a few “bagel fails.”
But through the mess (and the munching), we had one mission: to bring a chewy, New York-inspired bagel to Ottawa.
Now, after plenty of practice and a dash of obsession, we’re proud to share them with you. Handmade in small batches - with care, consistency, and a whole lot of heart.

Our Next Pop-up
Where to find us this JUNE!
Catch us on June 14th at Klimat Climbing Gym & Café in Wakefield from 11 AM–2 PM (or until we sell out). We'll be stocked with bagels, cream cheese, and good vibes!
For our Bread by Us pop ups the pre-orders open the Wednesday before each pop-up at 10am, quantities are limited, so be sure to grab yours early.
